(low ball / high ball-kick back)
on a low ball, the back knee drops. on a high ball, the back leg kicks back.

load, hit, kick back, land

 

forehand (open stance)
(forward / lateral)

 

forward:
-medium pace ball or a floating ball hit around the center of baseline
-inside out
-front foot point in direction shot, kick back straight
-cross court, down the line

 

lateral
-inside in
-front foot more to the left side
-leg curl or kick back more to the side

 

backhand(open stance)

return (open stance loading, front foot closed stance landing)
start with wider or fully open stance
contact point lower because take the ball early.
